E-Newsletters


Email marketing manages and distributes HTML or Text formatted newsletters via email. We offer opt-in email lists, email newsletters, email announcements, email list hosting, direct email campaigns and bulk email campaigns. This product supports an unlimited number of mailing lists and newsletters. Each person can subscribe to one or more Newsletter Lists. The system uses a confirmed opt-in method to prevent malicious behavior. The system tracks full statistics with each email marketing campaign including views/opens, and clicks on each link. These statistics can be drilled down to individual subscribers.

Monthly Maintenance


We understand the importance of time in a world where many of us wear more than one “hat”. To accommodate the needs of many clients who simply don’t have the time to utilize a content management system, we offer an ongoing maintenance agreement that will include daily modifications to the current website when contacted to do so. Communication for these daily updates will be made via email or phone between the client and a web developer. Daily activities include but are not limited to:
  • Updating copy and photos
  • Fixing broken links and images on the site
  • Other minor “quick” fixes
  • Weekly Request
  • Post Press
  • Monthly web statistic overview

Flash


Flash applications will be available upon request and quoted separately. Any flash applications that are beyond our capabilities will be outsourced.

Hosting


Once the site is live, we load the web files onto a server for hosting; we have a new secure offsite hosting environment.

A statistic package is included with the hosting and provides a comprehensive statistical report of the traffic through the website. We utilize Google Analytics to provide a statistics package with increased search engine optimization and indexing from Google.
